As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Commence Pretzel Stance!
If you have some spare thoughts and vibes, I need 'em! Because:
1. This afternoon I have a meeting with the firm who said they wanted to hire me and then hired someone else. Apparently they want to discuss a "modified position" where I would essentially be their b!tch and do whatever letters, filing, research, court coverage that they need. I would not have my own cases yet, and therefore would be paid less but would be able to get my foot in the door, and grow with the firm as business picks up. I'm not sure what to expect, and they may come at me with a lowwwww number (I refuse to take a pay cut), so I'm hoping they're willing to pay the same or a little more than I make now!
2. Tomorrow morning is the interview I told you about a couple weeks ago. I am incredibly excited about the possibility of working with this firm, and was recommended by a friend so that's a plus. No matter what happens this afternoon at the other place, I would be so freaking thrilled to get an offer from the interview tomorrow.
So that's it. My last 2 job leads. And I think I mentioned this before but no one in real life besides hubby knows about these opportunities - I don't want to get mine or anyone else's hopes up, so please don't comment about it on facebook.
