ahhh mice!

DH insisted on putting those damn sticky traps in the kitchen instead of using rat poison that I suggested and now I am stuck at home while he is on a business trip and there is a little mouse squirming around in the sticky trap. I hate this. I hate mice. And I am too squeemish to go in there and put the thing out of its misery. Help!

  • We had to resort to the snappy traps, the others weren't cutting it.  We set them up in as many spots as possible with a little dab of peanut butter on them.  Worked like a charm.  Good luck!

We had to do this as well.

FH is in the military and a year ago we decided to move in together, unfortunately he is away more than I would like. I hate mice (I'll go as far to say I'm terrified of them) and I wanted traps that would kill them. Once I'm sure they are dead, I am able to use the end of an old broom to push them into a plastic bag and take them to the trash. I don't like it, but I'm starting to handle it.

FH is not a fan of cats but he suggested next time he goes on a lengthy deployment I consider fostering a cat - our dog doesn't care about mice! I may resort to this. Ha, ha!
