First open house this Sunday.
Our house has been on the market for a week now and not a showing, not a call - nothing.
We're having our first open house this Sunday. I've spent the past 2 weeks decluttering, painting, repairing, and trying to make the house look amazing.
Any tips?

Seriously! We didn't do any open houses, but after the sixth showing I started baking cookies for each showing. The first showing we had cookies at, ended up being our buyer.
Otherwise it sounds like you're on the right track! Just make sure everything is clutter-free. Good luck!
No tips on the OH. Just be patient on selling. The RI housing market sucks right now and is very slow. DH is a RE broker and he has had very few calls for showings in the last few weeks. We are hoping things will pick up in Sept.
