HHC/WLC Week 9 Wrap-Up

We are leaving early to drive to Canada in the morning. I will still be online to add points, track the WLC so get the info to me.

 This week's challenge was to participate in a strength training exercise two times this week.

1. How'd you do?

2. How are you doing overall? How is your cardio? Food? Water intake?

3. Bonus (IHO Kate): If you are tracking your protein (using myfitnesspal etc), how is it going?

Next week's challenge:  Get your "Five a day." Five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Try at least one new fruit or veggie.

    1. How'd you do? abysmal

    2. How are you doing overall? How is your cardio? Food? Water intake? I give myself a C+. My cardio is great, my water is really good but, my food has just been okay. I really need to add in strength and just didn't find the time this week. I'm going to make an exercise schedule for September and post it on the fridge. I'm actually looking forward to school starting again for the structure and routine to my day. I'm going to try "overnight oats" for breakfasts I think.

    3. Bonus (IHO Kate): If you are tracking your protein (using myfitnesspal etc), how is it going? I'm usually over -- which is an improvement. When I'm doing well I'm not too much over and I bet if I was using the calorie counter that takes into account breastfeeding I'd be okay. I used to not eat nearly enough -- just lots of carbs and this has really been a goal of mine.

    Next week's challenge:  Get your "Five a day." Five servings of fruit and vegetables a day. Try at least one new fruit or veggie. We go to an awesome Farmer's Market in Canada so I'll be on the look out.

  •  This week's challenge was to participate in a strength training exercise two times this week.

    1. How'd you do?  Hm, I didn't LOL unless you count lugging groceries after stopping at the grocery store!

    2. How are you doing overall? How is your cardio? Food? Water intake?  Cardio has been non-existant this week.  Food I've done pretty well with, actually!  Water intake has improved, but is still not where it should be. 

    3. Bonus (IHO Kate): If you are tracking your protein (using myfitnesspal etc), how is it going?  I've been getting enough protein b/c of the shakes I'm drinking and the snacks I'm choosing.
