Nursery so far: (not pictured, a white dresser across from the crib). I plan to get white or soft pink curtains and sheets. I also plan to get a glider to go in one of the corners by the window. I'm going for a dandelion theme...
My original color scheme thoughts:
Close up of fabric:
I want this photo. And I have a little hanging "M" that I covered with purple scrap book paper. Now, for my questions. I'm liking a couple of wall decals. I love this one and these. I was thinking of placing them together so the little girl is kinda under the tall dandelions. Maybe in the corner by the crib. Do you think that's too many decals? And what color would you do? I was thinking maybe "violet" in the dandelions, then the "matte violet" for the little girl?
Re: D&R: Help with nursery?
Oh, I love that fabric! And the photo!!
For the decals - I would do just the girl. By the way, I have used that site and they are amazing! They are local here in Jax. They have been on Groupon so that is worth looking into. Also if you sign up for their "backlots" site you get $5 off. http://dalidecals.com/backlot/ I would definitely do a matte finish for the decal. I'd probably do white for the decal and use color in other areas of the room. White will pop more, IMO. I recommend ordering color samples because it can be hard to tell on the computer.
Thanks so much! I hadn't seen that. I'll put you down as my referral.
DD's room is a greenish color with white/pink/tan accents, so it is kind of in the same ball park as your nursery. As you can see in this pic, the white stands out much more! This pink is their "pale pink" so as you can see it's not quite so pale against the green.

How is it that my BABY is going to be 3?
