Do people expect you to be taller or shorter than you actually are when you finally meet them IRL? I think people generally expect me to be shorter than I am, especially if they have seen a picture of me next to my brother. I look so tiny, but in reality he's 6'5'' so my 5'8'' looks tiny even though I'm really not.
I'm 5'4". My family teases me about how short I am, but no one has ever said anything to me outside of my family. I more get comments about my height/weight ratio than my height. Which I guess is worse.
I am 5'7 and have a big personality so I think it fits.
I am the giant next to my sister she is only 5'3. So I guess if you met her first you would might be surprised.
I'm 5'9.
No one has ever mentioned my height.
ETA: I take back that last part. My mom's friends all assumed I would be really short like she is and were pretty surprised when I towered over her.

I'm just shy of 5'9", sadly. Growing up, I always wanted to be either short or 5'9" and I came about 1/3 of an inch from making it.

It's because those of us who are friends with you on "the internet facebook place" have seen your full length pics where your legs look super long. Thus we think you're tall!
