FHA Appraisal Appeal - did it work for anyone
We are currently trying to buy a house, however the appraisal came in really low ($45K low). The house is a flipper where the seller bought it foreclosed and fixed it up. It is a really nice house. We found some factual errors in the appraisal as well as all the comps were either bank owned or short sales. We are appealing it with three good comps and some other information our realtor found. Has anyone ever had an appeal work out?

IUI#4 - scheduled for 12/7/12 - Clomid increased to 150mg
IUI #5 - 1/4/13 first injectable cycle- BFP 12dpo EDD 9/28/13
