Yeah, she must've had fillers put in because everything was plump and smoothed out. I'm a bit disappointed that she seems more showy than before. She actually stated a few times how she was the "millionaire matchmaker!" and uhh ok.
The younger/cuter guy wasn't that bad. I thought Patti's blowup with him was all for show since he didn't say anything rude...hell, he didn't say much at all. It seemed like creating drama out of nothing. /shrug.
