Remember my whiny, pity party of a CW? *Update*
What a difference a day makes...I got a giant shock on Thursday. A BFP. And I am in need of something. I'm not sure what. Maybe some words of wisdom? Hugs? Positive stories? I'm so confuzzled since I had what I thought was AF 13 days ago. I went in for bloodwork today and it confirmed that I am pregnant (!) but they were concerned about the alleged AF. She said it could have been a m/c so they want me to come back in for more betas on Monday. I'm trying not getting my hopes up because I don't know how this will end but I want this to be our sticky baby. I'm completely freaked out about the possibility of another m/c.
I don't know much about betas but the nurse said they need to go up...pretty fast. T is out of town until Sunday and I'm feeling kind of isolated.
Does anyone have any words of wisdom about betas or any sticky dust to spare?
No news yet..I had my blood drawn this morning and the results hadn't come back by the end of the day. 
I'm hopeful though and they said to check back tomorrow!

Perhaps you O'ed very early? There are lots of GOOD possibilities. So focus on those and just wait until you have more info before worrying about the bad ones.

EJ is growing up too fast!
Betas check HCG levels and doubling time. You want them to increase at a good rate (double every 2-3 days, but there is quite a range here for whats normal). They typically take them every 2 days to check doubling time (just a blood draw).

So much dust to spare!!!!! I will be praying for you and extra betas!!!
It's not a personal story but a friend of mine who had a very difficult time ttc bled through several pads, bright red, thought it was a mc and it was really just nature telling her to slow down and take it easy. she gave birth to a healthy boy right on schedule. he is 11 years old now.
Lighting extra candles for you and yours. !! If you need anything please don't hesitate to ask.

Waiting is by far the worst. I had to wait an extra 2 days for my first beta result because the lab's machine went down. It was pure torture.
