Been MIA crazy long update
Hi Ladies,
I have been MIA for the past week, just checking in on my phone...
I had a crazy week! Sunday afternoon I had a really bad hypoglycemic episode and could hardly talk or see. My DH was at work. I managed to text him just saying come home 911. He called me as I was chugging OJ. I was finally able to talk and had him call the on-call OB who told him to bring me to ER. UGH! When we got there my blood sugar was 48 after drinking like 3 cups of OJ. Really Scary! The Dr guessed before the OJ it was probably in the 20's. They monitored Lawson and I and let me go home that night.
Then Tuesday, our littlest dog, Wallie couldn't stop throwing up and couldn't keep anything down. We took him to the vet and they found an obstruction in his small intestine. It was in a place that was inoperable. We were told he would probably need to be put to sleep. It was devastating! He is only 9 months old. We had them give him fluids and gave him some barium to see what could pass. HE went back the next am for another X-Ray to see what was going on and it had passed to his colon!!!!! He was in the clear and is doing great!
I started back to school on Wednesday so that is very time consuming as well.
Tomorrow I have an OB visit. I am excited to hear Lawson's Heartbeat again and make sure he is doing OK.

I got goosebumps while reading this. What a crazy week. If I ever got a text message like you sent your DH, I think I would get a heart attack. So happy that you and Lawson are OK. Hope the docs appt confirms your episode had no impact on him.
I am so sorry for your lil pup too. This February we had a surgery drama with our puppy and it's just so bad to look at your furry baby and know that nothing you do can help him. Good to hear that he is OK as well. What a week you had!!! Hopefully the next one is going to be just fine
