My cousin is getting married, two guys, both wearing tuxes. May I wear my winter white tux with a black sequined top and red shoes? Wedding is the second week of October in Chicago.

I'm inclined to agree. However since one of the grooms is your cousin, I think a courtesy call couldn't hurt.
I'd find out if they'd be appreciative of you dressing camp at their wedding or not.
