Non-dairy dessert recipes
I know this is last minute but I am looking for any dessert recipes that you have made that don't contain dairy. I have found recipes online but I hate trying something that I have no idea how it will taste. Thanks!
Or has anyone tried non-dairy butter substitutes for baking?

I don't knw if its too late, but look at Dani's blog - she made an awesome peach cobbler/bar cookie thing last week for our play group and they were YUMMY!!
