2wd vs 4wd
So we are trying to decide between an SUV/crossover or the minivan.
Our good friend and mechanic, suggested that since I used to driving a fwd car, that we should look into a 2wd SUV rather than the 4wd for many reasons...(1 being it is cheaper to repair if something was to go wrong, 2. I am used to driving a fwd car so there is no difference, 3. it doesn't use as much gas. 4. I usually don't drive in bad conditions with the kids anyway)
Part of me agrees with him, but then there is the fact that an SUV is much larger than a car, so the added security of a 4x4 or AWD would be nice.
We need something that will give us the option to take other kids with us or even if we have another child.
