'States Where No One Wants to Buy A New Home'
Re: 'States Where No One Wants to Buy A New Home'
I guess I can understand why... but I just bought a new build and it was we are living in a new development that is selling houses as fast as they can build them. The reason we bought a new build was because people were trying to sell their 15-20 year old houses for the same as the new builds. We also did a TON of research about the builder before we bough our house.
I think it just depends on the area in Michigan. I can absolutely see this applying to most areas in the state, but it just didn't apply to us.
