Conventional Sale - How long from offer to closing?
Trying to get an idea of a basic timeline for a conventional sale - how long did it take from when your offer was accepted until your closing day?

Re: Conventional Sale - How long from offer to closing?
Depends on your local market.
Where we've bought, 30 days is the norm. 60 days is the norm in other markets. Longer than that and there are generally extenuating circumstances.

Thinking of doing cosmetic updates to a dated home? These were our costs.
OK, that is what I thought. Thanks for confirming
Around here, 30-45 days is typical. 60 is only when you have another property to sell. No one does 60-day closings.
We closed in 24 (ratifying contract to closing).
We had an inspection done on the house the end of July, and closed the week of Sept 20ish.
