Florida Ladies
I'm supposed to be flying down there on Thursday morning and staying till Sunday!!! Whats this hurricane madness?!?!?

Dont' worry too much YET. The weatherman said this morning that because the water is so hot over the Bahamas, it's likely that it will either go back out to sea or at least that it won't be that severe if it hits Florida.
Where are you flying into?
Orlando. A group of us are heading to Disney for an extended weekend. Part of the group is flying Tuesday the rest of us fly Thursday.
I have serious fear of flying I need to get on the plane fly and get off. So bad weather is really making my level of anxiety raise!
Don't be nervous!! Trust me they will not let the plane take off if there is any risk of a hurricane being here. Hurricanes can be scary but the good thing is that you get quite a bit of warning, so it's not like the plane would take off and then SURPRISE it's a hurricane!
www.wunderground.com is my favorite tropical weather tracking website. Right now Orlando is in the "cone" which shows the possible routes it may take, but again based on what the weather guy said this morning it doesn't seem likely that it's going to affect us too much.
Thanks. I know they won't let it take off if its bad but I guess the delays or the turbulence or having to circle before landing worries me. UGH I'm such a bad flier. I can't wait till we can teleport places.
