Sun: Almond crusted tilapia, homemade scalloped potatoes, fresh green beans
Mon: Spaghetti with vegetables from PAGAS's blog, garlic bread
Tue: Chicken chili from the freezer
Wed: Asian meatballs, roasted carrots, jasmine rice
Thu: DH out with a friend, so I am on my own
Fri: Lemon pork chops, cous cous, spinach
S - Either PAGAS Soy Lime Pork Tenderloin or Duchess Pork Tenderloin with Peach-o de Gallo, havent decided
M - Spaghetti

I'm trying to clear out the freezer a little bit and keep our grocery bill down.

DH wanted a lighter pasta the night before his triathlon so I found this but haven't made it yet. I plan to use light sour cream and add chicken.

Kimmer did you ever make the ranch chicken enchilada's or whatever you had called it that you were making up? LOL
I did. I thought they were just ok, DH really liked them. I have a couple recipes to blog, so I'll do it today or tomorrow.
Sunday: Chinese takeout. I was too pooped to cook.
Mon: Onion smothered italian burgers I was supposed to make Sunday. SP fries.
Tues: Stir fry
Wed: Red beans and rice
Thur: Grilled chicken, pasta, green veggie.
Fri: Breakfast for dinner.
Sat: No clue
Is it a separate blog from the family one? If so what is it?
