Anyone ever used "Chem Dry" professional carpet cleaning?
We are buying a house and I'd like to have the carpets professionally cleaned before we move in. I just started looking up cleaners in our area and I came across a local dealer for ChemDry which appears to be nationwide.
They advertise a process that is supposed to be better (of course 
) than traditional carpet cleaning. Have any of you used this service before? What did you think?
Also, if you have any general tips regarding professional carpet cleaning I'd love to hear them.

I've used Zerorez before. They had a ridiculous radio special like 3 rooms for $99 and when they came they did a 4th for $33. Excellent job. I'll use them again. If you google them, you might even find coupons.
ETA: They are also green.
