True Blood annoyance(spoilers)
I know there's a True Blood thread already out there, but i see this as an off topic rant. Ok, this may be petty, but it's bothering me. If Antonia is from the Spanish inquisition, how is she so savvy in the modern world?? Shouldnt she too busy being dazzled/terrified of modern technology to be so effective against the vamps? And shouldn't she be speaking Spanish? Mavis certainly seemed trapped in her era. Anyway, I know I should shut up and go along with the ride, but it bugs me. Also, how were Jason and Jessica boning? I thought she couldn't do that.

1) In one episode it showed Tara helping Antonia work not only the television remote but also she didn't know how to use the phone so Tara had to put her on speaker phone. You are right she wasn't "dazzled" by modern technology but she didn't know how to use it either. You got me at the language barrier. She's a witch..who knows.
2) Jessica can have sex..she just goes back to being a virgin each time.
Ditto pp with Antonia -- she didn't know how to use many technologies but wasn't mesmerized by them either.
