We've used Carol Temple several times (buying and selling). She's knows the Arlington market really well. Her contact info. is on her website: http://www.arlingtonhouses.com/ (sorry I can't link from my Mac.)
We used Khalil El-Ghoul, and had a great experience. He does a great job, brought in a stager and professional photographer, and offers rebates on the sale or purchase of the home. For example, if you sell your home for $100K, he makes $3K, he gives a portion of that $3K back to you -- I think it's half (so $1.5K) When we sold/bought with him, we saved almost $20K from his rebates!! It's a great deal, and his service level was great.
