Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Nicole: s/o Twilight Turtle
So i received mine today and it wouldn't even light up and then all of a sudden we smelt something burning. It was the turtle. I'm glad i only spent $10 on it

I emailed them and got a surprising response. They said they'll investigate the matter--because I said it was listed as a Twilight Turtle and Twilight Turtle is by Cloud B and this is generic; who knows if they will.
Anyway, they said that and that they'll fully refund my money and allow me to keep the turtles.
So I'd shoot them an email and ask for a refund! I've ordered from them before and never had an issue with the products, so I was quite irked at this issue. Thankfully, they have good customer service!
