"The Murtaw List"
Some I was watching one of my favorite HIMYM episodes last night, where they do the "Mirtaw List" - stuff you are too old for. They also make another character do stuff he should be too young for. What is your list?
Stuff I am too old for:
Obstacle course races, day drinking followed by night drinking, all-nighters, shotgunning beers, shopping at Forever 21, not wearing sunscreen
Stuff I am too young for:
early bird specials, a minivan, complaining about stuff being loud

Stuff I am too old for:
Shopping in the Juniors section, Shopping at Pacsun, mass quantities of Jell-O shots, sleeping in until after 10am, wearing pj's in public, toe socks, those plasticy looking bracelets
Stuff I am too young for:
Watching Wheel of Fortune while I eat dinner, going to bed before 9pm, cleaning my house on a Friday night rather than going out
Um yeah, I totally do this. Usually followed by me saying "damn kids..."
Stuff I'm too old for:
Closing out a bar (I haven't heard the words "last call" in at least 3 years), understanding the obsession with ANY of the Disney "starlets". i.e. Hannah Montana, Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez, etc., getting cartiledge piercings.
Stuff I'm too young for:
High waters, AARP, saying, "HUH?" after every sentence
Shopping at F21, Hot Topic, Wet Seal, or any Junior's section.
Playing relationship games.
Binge drinking.
Too Old For:
Shopping in the Junior's section or for clothes at F21, etc.
Midriffs.
Cut off shorts.
Being sexually unencumbered and not careful the way some of my friends are.
Extreme rock concerts.
Too Young For:
Minivans
Multiple children
Fertility Issues (I wish)
Stand up for something you believe in.
hmm. I still shop in the Kohl's juniors section for a few certain things.
I still binge drink from time to time.
and I just closed down a bar two weekends ago.
What does this say about me?!

Too old for: drinking on a weeknight more than a glass of wine or a beer, no sunscreen and tanning oil, going to bed without washing my face (taking makeup off), ill fitting clothes,
Too young for: minivan, reading glasses, early bird specials, support hose, daily wearing of spanx, coffee after every meal
It says that I'm burnt out. Lol.

I am too old for getting drunk when I have to be productive the next day, recreational drug use, hooking up with hot boys who treat me badly just for the hell of it, ignoring my financial future hoping it will sort itself out.
I am too young for taking home rolls from dinner in my purse, wearing mom jeans, complaining about the kids on my lawn (even if they do piss me off a little..)
