Just wanted to let eveyrone know I'm keeping prayers for everyone in the path of Hurricane Irene. I just read how serious this thing could get. If you could pray as well for my friend Cherry and her family as well, they are currently on a cruise somewhere down there. Not sure where but just hoping they are safe and make it home OK on Saturday!!!

I am a little busy trying to wrap things up at work, but I'm around to play for a while now!
Here is something to discuss (i.e. make me feel better):
I am having major anxiety that the new job is going to call me and be like NEVERMIND we don't really want you to work for us! I gave my notice based on an email confirmed their verbal offer and my acceptance. Legally I know that this is just as sufficient as a contract that is on actual paper, but not having a signed document in my hands is making me crazy. Someone tell me I'm losing it.
Sounds like you have the "it's too good to be true" thing going on. If they weren't for sure on you, I don't think you would have heard back so soon.
Hang in there! Your awesome new job is just weeks away!

I feel bad I have barely been on here lately... mostly due to being down in Cape May last week without Internet access. Today is my first day back in the office after being out for 6 days and I'm catching up. Plus my office moved while I was out on vacation, so I need to unpack all of my stuff.
I do have a good update though... I'll start a new thread.
I just got back from a meeting all day. I was surprised to see only a few new threads!
I've been developing film in the dark room ALL DAY!!! Man it makes you sleepy!
