I'm about to head out for day 2 of babysitting. I'm taking them to the park and to the dollar movies so hopefully they will be worn out by this afternoon.
I have to give credit to you moms. Entertaining kids for an extended period of time is really difficult.

I have a Dr. appt this morning (praying for "normal" cells this year for my physical). Hopefully my faculty can get their sh*t together enough that I can actually do some online coursework today. Then meeting H at the gym for some PT. His PRT is like 6ish weeks away and this cycle has seen far too much video gaming from him lol.
Morning. I have a doctor's appointment and then I have to take the GD test afterwards. I'm freaking out about failing. When I get home later this afternoon I need to work on cleaning the house and finishing up crafts I have laying all around the house.

Good morning! Just ate some oatmeal, but I'm still hungry. I'm at the point where I need to gain a pound a week and my body is definitely kicking the appetite into high gear!
Today will look like every other day for me. Sitting, watching tv, waiting for H to come home. But tonight we're meeting ksrawr and her H for dinner! So that'll be fun.
Right now I'm watching the Today Show, and Ann Curry's dress is most unflattering. She looks great in yellow, but it looks like she's wearing a yellow flour sack.
AF, I couldn't agree. The yellow is gorgeous on her but yeah the skirt on that dress makes her look awful! I'm usually a big Ann Curry fan but lately she's been driving me nuts. This morning when she was talking to Savannah Guthrie about the rape case in NY, I felt like she was yelling at Savannah like it was Savannah's fault the charges were being dropped.
Anywho...I've been up since 6 and I'm already showered and enjoying a big bowl of Reese's PB Puffs (breakfast of champions right here!). Apparently our friend is in labor and depending how that goes we may visit her tonight. I have to call our church when they open and find out how I can get Sophia baptized and depending on the date they have available I'm going to call around for estimates on a hall for the reception. I'd also like to take Sophia out for another walk since the weather is beautiful.
Tracking down students, changing schedules & room assignments and then off to the Social Sercurity Office and DMV. Those are my most two "fave" places to go!
Then later tonight a little bit of packing for a short trip. Oh yeah and tracking Irene. This could prove to be a most interesting weekend here along the coast!
I am opening every single window in this house today. Like SgtM'sWife said, it is absolutely gorgeous here.
I think that I may need to get out today for a little while. Maybe pack myself a picnic lunch and go to the park with a good book. That sounds amazing.
Other than that, I am getting ready to super clean the upstairs bedrooms and bathroom. I cleaned downstairs yesterday.
Good morning! Simon and I have been up since about 6:30. E is in a pissy mood because I woke him up at midnight to prove that yet again there is something wrong with the timers for the sprinklers as they are still coming on at 10pm and 12am. Its driving me nuts! The timer at my house in college I could set so easily but this one is wacky and I can't figure it out otherwise I'd just do it myself!
Its suppose to be a lot hotter here today because there are no delta breezes today.
So my plans for today are to go to work and then tonight take Simon for a walk.
I am doing final prep for my lawsuit (
) and I start leave tomorrow! We're hitting up the military surplus store for some wool bedding on our lunch break and I'm going to do a quick scrub of the house since my ILs will be arriving before I get back from Stan's.
Today's a happy dance kind of day. I'm pretty sure the court reporter saw me dancing in my office at 0830.
Nope, regardless of how many times I have said hey E the sprinklers are coming on at midnight he is convinced that they are in fact not coming on and I'm nuts. He says oh well the timer doesn't say they are coming on at midnight so your wrong. Well dude I went in the garage at midnight last week and had to turn them off! I might just go play with it and see if I can fix it myself.

I'm finishing up my stuff for the paper that I failed to finish yesterday and I have some follow up phone calls to make because a lot of people didn't get back to me yesterday.
Then I'm going with a friend to do a bunch of errands. She's moving to Louisiana on Sunday and wants to go spend all her gift cards (at least the one's she can't spend there). So that should be fun.
Then I work late tonight, boo.

Good morning. I just got back from a consultation with and orthodotist. I've been told for 13 yrs now I should look into orthodontal work and am finally at a point in my life I can feasible afford it. But, because I'm old and my palette (sp?) has fused to properly fix it will require major oral surgery, rather than just braces. So I have some serious thinking and deciding to do..
Now that this over the kiddo and I are crashing on the couch, I'll probably finish up some laundry and like SMW am going to be making phone calls to find a location for LO's baptismal brunch.
