Tips on this project?
I am going to try and be crafty for the first time ever. I saw this headband on Etsy and had an incredible urge to try and make one for my neice. I was thinking the material looks like panty hose, the ribbon I think is easy enough, but I don't have a sewing machine (did I mention first time being crafty) any ideas or tips out there?

You can make the headband out of kids tights. You use a whole leg. Heres a tutorial
