How are you feeling? How was Vegas?

Ya know, I feel better than I thought I would. One of my incision sites still hurts, but it's nothing like last week - I can manage that pain with Tylenol instead of Lortab. My energy is still a little lacking, but not as much as I thought. It's nice to be feeling just about back to normal after only a week.
Vegas was freaking nuts - in a good way. The first day there was exhausting...I pretty much ate dinner and then went to bed. The second and third day, I was able to stay up and hang with everyone. I didn't do everything I wanted to do because of energy [like go to Madame Tussauds], but it was still a nice getaway. I'm playing catch-up today at work after being out for an entire week, but it was worth it.
How's Carly doing with daycare? JJ was NOT happy with me when I dropped him off this morning...poor kiddo.
Glad that you're feeling so good for only being a week out. And it was smart of you to take it easy even in Vegas as opposed to over-doing it.
I'm sure it was rough for JJ this morning. I was worried about Carly going back after being out 2 days (4 if you count the weekend), but she was fine. She's still little though. But she has already started the stranger anxiety. She did it with DH's dad a few weekends ago and my mom this past weekend. She needs to be around a new person a while before she'll go to them.
