I'm pretty sure that's what I've read/ heard too. Guess not open enough.
I did some googling & confirmed that it was open, but with an "I'll tell Jada before anything happens if I can't resist having sex with someone" caveat.

But the article didn't say cheating was the reason. that was just what i was expecting. they stuck it out for 13 years. that's pretty good by Hollywood standards, hell even by real world standards these days.

While I always hope for the best, an announcement that "intact" wasn't enough won't surprise me later on
I dunno, I kinda have a hard time believing that Will and Jada split. I'm pretty sure she was on The Talk last week and he came out and waved hello and the crowd (and hosts) went nuts.
For years I've heard of their open relationship, but never once has anyone ever said anything about either one of them cheating. (Is it cheating if it's open?) And lastly, there are a million rumors that Will is gay. Do we believe those rumors, too? I'd believe People and TMZ over US Weekly or In Touch any day. (and this is coming from someone who is obsessed with that crap.)
I'm sure they will come out in the next month or so confirming their separation. They (Hollywood types) always deny it after it is reported in this fashion and then they come out on their own confirming same.
