What to do with 2 rotisserie chickens?
So I picked up one that was on sale at Fry's today, then one of our neighbors dropped one off as a thank you for taking him to a baseball game.
I was planning on using one tomorrow. But now I have two to pick apart.
Do I pick them both apart (today or tomorrow) and then freeze the rest or freeze the extra bird whole and then pick after I defrost? (I'm guessing I should probably do it now. Sigh, 1st tri takes it out of me)

Re: What to do with 2 rotisserie chickens?
I would pick them apart and then freeze, I double checked google for you too and everyone said, pick and then freeze.
I hope you get some energy soon.

I would do both today. Put some in the fridge for use in the next few days and the rest in the freezer.
Hope you get the energy back soon!
