Convertible car seat recs?
Ok, mama's that have older ones, what are your rec's on car seats (or where I should research these)? I have some time, but want to start my research now so I can keep an eye on sales as we get closer to buying one.....

Re: Convertible car seat recs?
I did my research on Consumer Reports, and we bought one for each of our cars, but ended up with 2 different kinds. We have a Cosco Scenera (top crash test rating from CR, and the cheapest convertible available) and the Evenflo Triumph Advanced (also top crash test rating, side-impact tested, and I think it runs $120ish? or did...). I love the Triumph. There's nothing wrong with the Scenera; it just isn't anything special. So my rec is always the Triumph, unless you are broke or buying a secondary seat, then the Scenera.
I reviewed them both in detail on my blog: http://rodgersrachel.blogspot.com/2010/09/carseat-reviews.html
ETA: My facts are obviously a little old, since we bought our Triumph 11ish months ago and the Scenera over a year ago. So I'd still look at CR or something up to date, just in case something even more awesome is on the market these days.
Thanks gals!
Anyone know if BRU allows you to try one out in your care to see how it fits?
They do.
