It's called Logical Lemur IT, and in addition to doing unlimited IT support for businesses like his prior company does, he's doing a Home Protection Plan with discounted tech support. It's nationwide, since he can do most of this remotely (and if you or anyone in your areas need in-person support, maybe I could fly out with him?! LOL).
