New hairstyle ?

So i was trying to grow my hair out and it's just not for me. I'm going to go back to short ish and was wondering if there is an age limit to having the underneath part of my hair darker than the top? My hair is a dark blonde color sort of. I had it that way a couple years ago and loved it.. Just not sure if that's a very adult hairstyle to have. Thanks!

  • Well I'm guessing I've got a few years on you (ha!), and mine is like that. :)

I wouldn't offer any style/fashion/hair advice if I were you.  HAG!

  • I think its always cute. As long as you aren't going for the Kate Gosselin style :)
  • But I've always wanted to be just  like Kate!!

    Now who cuts your hair?

  • I don't think so! If that's what you like, then I think you should get it! I just recently went in and got my hair done, and I took in a picture of my hair from when I was 16. lol. But I remember now why I loved my hair as a teen! So I say if you want, and you like it, then get it! =]
  • It would look more natural if you just highlighted the top and didn't purposefully color the bottom darker.  If you think about it, if you had natural highlights they wouldn't be underneath near the bottom of your hair anyway.  The whole darker on bottom thing was popular a few years ago so why not be fresh and try something new?
