Colby is being watched today and Friday at our house. But, tomorrow and beginning next week, he's going to daycare outside our home.
I've never had to count how many diapers we go through, so I don't know how many to pack for daycare. How many do you pack?
Re: daycare and CD's
How many diapers do you have and how often do you do laundry? There's your answer.
It's been a while since my DD was that little but I'd guess you'd need 6 to 8 diapers a day. Better to overpack than to have a diaperless child.
I pack 4 and T is 16m. She is there from about 830 til 445. Usually I get 1 clean diaper back at the end of the day. My DCP provides disposables, so if we run out, they will provide a back up.
We started CD with BG 4.0 at almost 7m old. I think I was packing 5 or 6 for 730am to 445pm and not getting any back. So, I would go with 6 (or even 7) for the first few days or week, then you can see what you are getting back that is clean.
I send six for Ellie (8am - 5pm), and 5 for Owen. I almost always get 2 back for Owen and 1-2 for Ellie.
