pack my diaper bag!
since most of you nesties are mommies i figure you ladies can help me.
i picked up this JJ Cole diaper bag at BBB today and used a BRU coupon and Bed Bath and Beyond Coupon and got a great price.
since im a FTM, what do you ladies have in your diaper bag???
obv. i have diapers, pacifier, wipes, burp cloth and a receiving blanket...

- diapers
- wipes
- one change of clothes plus a pair of socks
- one burp cloth
- a few plastic bags in case I need it for a diaper disposal
- a sample pack of diaper ointment in a sandwich bag in case it busts open
- one or two little toys like a rattle
- a nursing cover
- insurance card for baby so whomever is at the doctor will have it
- a ponytail band for me or Ava, just in case
- an extra pad for me, just in case (or tampon if you prefer)
- a baggie of cheerios or puffs that get refreshed now that she snacks on the go
- a fiber one bar for me
- 2-3 character band-aids for Ava
in the fall and winter, i add a cardigan or sweater for layering.thanks ladies. def some items i didn't think of! i have never had to pack a diaper bag so your suggestions are a big help!

Currently in my diaper bag:
Dipes, wipes, changing pad, hand sani, Bib, Extra onsie or outfit (depending on where we are going), Tiny first aid kit, receiving blanket, diaper ointment, infant tylenol, sippie cup, a toy or two, puffs, Extra paci and paci wipes (these are a HUGE convenience and I have gone through so many packages with my LO).
For me I have hand lotion, a pen, and tylenol.
I have the same DB in a different color. I LOVE it!
ETA: I have a clip-on baggie holder. It almost looks like what you carry around to pick up dog poo. I got it at target or something. Anyway, they are good for masking the smell of dirty diapers or to hold wet clothes. It just clips on the inside or outside.
