Can I have a Scentsy vent here?
I'm going to try and make this short but no guarantees....
Here's the story:
My sponsor Debi is also my director (and Pam's). She's awesome. Then there is a lady we will call J. J got upset at Debi for not sending her a welcome packet like she did for some others when she signed up. Debi just started doing them ( I didn't get one either or anyone else in the last 5 years).
Things escalated and Debi contacted the Scentsy CFO who authorized a transfer for J to under me instead of under Debi. J got mad at me when we went to convention because I didn't take the time to come to her hotel room. Um, when was there time for that?
We skyped, made up and are fine now. Now Debi does a booth at the state fair and offers to let us come to help. J sent an email with her dates etc. Debi gave her other dates because it's better if they don't work on the same day.
J emails Debi back with hatemail and emails our CFO she wants to be on this other ladies team (who is still under Debi).
I mean it just keeps going. Nothing makes her happy. She hates Debi, doesn't like me really for whatever reason. She's a leech and just expects that we give her so much one on one. I work full time lady - I don't have time for that. Debi has 8,000 people under her. She definitely doesn't have time for that either.
Ok, I just had to get that out.

I just want to say I know how you feel. I am an advisor for another direct sales company (part time) and when we go to our monthly meetings with my manager I pray that this one lady isn't there. She has questions, comments, complaints every.single.time we have a meeting. Her problems are always SO much worse than anyone else's. I often tease my manager and say "Wow I bet you're glad you signed her, huh?"
There always seems to be 'that person' that annoys the crap out of everyone else. I mean even at work when we have a training class there is 'that person' that all the other emplyees just want to scream at and say STFU!
Ugh, I know! I hate to complain but Lord help me. This lady has literally been in her house for 30+ years. She hasn't worked. She homeschooled her kids. That's fine and all but helloooooo, the outside world has changed a lot in 3 decades.
What I want to say to her is this. "Look, it is YOUR choice to be a part of this company. In the business world, I don't have to put up with your BS. In fact, I'm not obligated to give you any more of my time than anyone else which I have done for you. So, you have 2 choices. You can quit or you can put your big girl panties on and join the rest of reality. Kthx!"

I have some Lia Sophia, it's pretty stuff. I just wish they had some Sterling.
It's true, though, those types of people suck. And why do the most high maintenance always seem to be the least worthy? I'll have a small claims client that calls me 5x a day while a client with a divorce involving tons of money and a brutal custody battle will leave me alone. Or when E was with his former company, his most whiny and high maintenance client was the company's tiniest. He actually had to drive over 2 hours each way out on Long Island for a 1/2 hour meeting just to placate the guy.
