Ok so for my fitness class we've been told no sugar for the next 4 weeks!! UMMM yeh, so she said no cerial (they all contain sugar apparently) and no bread...what on earth do I eat for breakfast?!?
I can't eat omelets because yeh I don't eat eggs oh and try cooking those with a baby attached to you.

Is this a mommy fitness class? If you're still breast feeding, I don't know how much I'd take an exercise trainer's advice to heart. You have different diatary needs right now.
ETA: Just saw you said breakfast. Hm, what about fruit and yogurt? A smoothie with fruit and yogurt? Banana and peanut butter?
I try to regulate sugar as well - I find sugar actually stimulates hunger and cravings.
I make a massive batch of muesli (oats, nuts, fruits) and store it in a large container each week. Then I buy big pots of yoghurt and have a couple of spoons of that on top. If you are trying to cut out sugars altogether, then avoid fruit - full of (natural) sugar. I limit fruit to a piece a day (plus whatever is scattered in my muesli).

Can you have natural sugar? Honey makes most breakfast items taste delicious.
This. Protein really fills me up best in the morning. If I eat too much sugar I am hungry just a couple hours later. The Israeli breakfast is very different here, but I have come to enjoy it a lot--hummus, egg whites, olives, cheeses and salad. Just because it is breakfast doesn't mean you have to stick with the traditional "breakfasty foods".
Most days I eat greek yogurt and museli with honey and fruit--both sources of natural sugar though.

Cottage cheese? That's a good source of protein, if you can eat eggs.
I also second the "non-breakfasty" foods. Make extra at dinner and have leftovers?
Or you could make ahead a veggie pancake. Take a bunch of cooked chopped spinach and squeeze really dry (you can use frozen if it's more convenient) and mix it with a beaten egg and whatever kind of cheese that you like, s&p, maybe some garlic if you like? I've made these with Parmesan, Gouda, cheddar, and Boursin and they all come out well. Make patties and cook in a pan with a little olive oil until crispy on both side. Then serve with sour cream and salsa. I might have a protein shake or some leftover chicken with it to up the protein levels.
