I'm wondering if others got woken up by the aftershock last night around 1am.
It woke me up and I felt the shaking but I didn't get up because I knew it was probably an aftershock. I asked DH if he felt it this morning. He said he slept through it but then later he said he must have felt it because he has a vague memory of thinking that we needed to get the kids out of bed and go outside.
Re: Did the aftershock wake you up?
"What is a week-end?"
Me neither. But I also slept right through last's years earthquake, so that's not terribly surprising.
Yes, I woke up to the house shaking - glad I wasn't the only one!

I was awake. I asked DH right after if he felt it, he said yes, but when he's asleep and I ask him a question, he always says "yup!"
At first I thought it was a helicopter, but then the dresser creaked, and that doesn't happen when it's a helicopter. Then my dogs were freaked out for the rest of the night.
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
DS woke up and told me he was scared, and when I asked why, he said "mosquitos"
Now I know the real reason! Of course, at the time, we had just finished watching the movie "Saw", and the little girl comes out to tell her dad she's scared of the man in her room, and when he puts her back in bed, she gets kidnapped
No more scary movies for me after 10pm!!!

I think I woke up a little before 1, but I think it was a random thing. I don't remember any shaking, so I must have been asleep again by the time the aftershock hit.
I woke up to go to the bathroom hours after it happened (oblivious) and DH got up to get some water. He said that we had an aftershock, but in my half-asleep state it didn't quite register. Then I remembered this morning what DH said, and asked him if he was imagining things or really felt something. He said the bed shook a little after 1. I felt nothing!
