how to deal with a job offer and interviews lined up?
I went on a job interview today and according to the employer they want to discuss a few details and will get back to me with an offer; however, I have a couple of other interviews lined up and one for a position I would much prefer. In case they get back to me sooner than my interview, how should I approach this. Like I said, the next interview is for a job I really want but don't want to turn this down too soon.

Ask for an offer in writing to look over the details, and say you want to get back to them by X date. Make that date after the other interview but not too long (let's say a week after you get the offer).
Tell the other interview that you have an offer from another company, but you *really* want to work for them.
