question about other boards. just bored and curious.
I noticed on the national boards there are a ton of posters who are always changing their screen names. (Not the local boards). It's really puzzling to me. Most of the time everyone knows who they are anyway. What am I missing here?

That's why I changed my screen name. Not that I'm "hiding" - you all know who I am, my blog is still in my sig, etc. But FIA was a screen name I used for *everything* - IM handles, email, etc. And it was too easy to put FIA+My Real Name together, and I didn't want an employer or potential employer to be able to track me down here so easily. I'm less worried about family.
What happened, did some freak find her by stalking?

Yeah, I changed mine when I moved from the Knot to the Nest, but that was because my screen name was really hard to spell and confusing.
I figured out who one of the frequent identity-changers was the other day and I totally had a "Finkel is Einhorn! Einhorn is Finkel!" moment.
you could change to "LSG" or something. then people would still know who you are.
