unemployment help - definition of dislocated worker

My work contract just ended and I have submitted my unemployment insurance claim with the reason "Laid off/lack of work" as the reason.

I received a notification from EDD asking me to register to CalJOBS. When registering, I'm asked if I am "dislocated from [my] previous occupation or industry". Their site explains the term "dislocated": "you have been terminated, laid off, or received notice of layoff and are unlikely to return to your previous occupation or industry".

However, the definition is still unclear to me. I wasn't really laid off (since my contract ended), but my consulting firm didn't retain me because they couldn't find any other work for me (so is this considered as being "laid off"?). Also, there is no reason for me not to return to my previous occupation or industry in the future. So should I not be considered as a dislocated worker? Do any of you remember how you (or DH) answer this question if you (or DH) filed for unemployment benefits?

TIA
