I want to slam my head into the wall
yes, it is that bad.
My BSCBM (batshitcrazy bio-mom) is driving me crazy. For the first couple days I had come to expect that things would be awkward, but manageable, and it was until I decided to take her out into public.
Tuesday I decided to get us out of the house and took her to the city. We went to Babies R Us and it was only moments before she had found a beanie baby and brought it to Wyatt. She told me that she was going to buy it, (she is flat on her ass broke and living off of welfare) and I begged her not to. She insisted so after a few minutes I said 'whatever' and let her buy it. When we got to the cashier she pronounced 'I have 700 beanie babies!!' (I swear to God) and the woman behind the counter looked at her and said 'Isn't that WONDERFUL!' and rolled her eyes. I could have died laughing if I had let myself.
Congrats Canadian girls... your hard earned tax dollars have been responsibly spent on BEANIE BABIES.
Throughout the day she told 2 more people of her beanie baby collection, and one lady was nice enough to let her talk about them in detail... I finally pulled her away and apologized to the lady.
She also called me 'kitten' about 15-20 times throughout the day... yesterday before Wyatt's appointment he was trying to walk towards an elderly lady, and to mind our own business I took his hand and said 'come back over here, hunny'... BSCBM exclaims to the woman 'I used to call her Kitten when she was his age because she was so cute!!! I still call her it sometimes!'
To top it all off, she got a phone call from her friend who lives in the same building as her and when she got off explained that her friend was recently accused of murdering her husband and has been depressed so she has been spending a lot of time with her... the next day she told me that her friend missed her because she's being harassed by some people for taking a video of a stabbing out front of the apartment...
I told her 'maybe you shouldn't be spending so much time with this woman' and she said 'oh she didn't do it. She is totally innocent, she said so'
