  Our loan officer forwarded the appraisal report to us. It may be a week later.

  I am in the same boat...still waiting.  At first our LO said it would be 48 to 72 hours but we are still waiting to find out.  I am getting worried.

  Wow, I guess we were lucky. We got a verbal summary of the appraisal within 24 hours. It took longer to get the written report.

  Ours was done on Monday and we had the full report email on Wednesday.

  DD1(4):VSD & PFO (Closed!), Prental stroke, Mild CP, Delayed pyloric opening/reflux, Brachycephaly & Plagiocephaly, Sacral lipoma, Tethered spinal cord, Compound heterozygous MTHFR, Neurogenic bladder, Urinary retention & dyssynergia,kidney reflux, Enlarged Bladder with Poor Muscle Tone, Heart arrythmia, Ehler danlos syndrome-Hypermobility type.  Possible mito disorder-workup in progress.

  We finally got ours last night!  So a little less than a week and it came in higher than we even needed.  But that doesn't seem as exciting now that both houses sit in the path of evacuations related to the hurricane

  I hope we get ours today! In our contract it says if there is a storm that causes damage that the seller ( a bank in our case) has to fix the house back to the standard it was prior to the storm. But we live in Florida and get a lot of storms. Is it in your contract as well?

  There is definitely nothing in our contract about that as we are in Long Island and were not really expecting anything like this (it isn't standard in NY contracts).  Although we do get the final walk through and I believe the seller's home insurance would have to pay to repair any damages.  I hope anyway.
