DH and I will be staying downtown Seattle at the W next wed for our 5th anniversary.
I have a reservation for dinner at the Met Grill steak house.

Seattle Nesties, flame me all you want, but IMO the Met sucks.
OP, If you're looking for steak I'd take El Gaucho any day over the Met. I think the steaks, drinks and atmosphere are much better at Gaucho.
If you don't have hankering for a steak I'd go to the Waterfront Seafood Grill. There are beautiful views and the some of the best seafood in Seattle.
Agreed. My usage of "sucks" was perhaps too strong.
Don't get me wrong, the Met is ok. It's way better than an Outback or something like that, but it's just not as good as Gaucho.
