I have 2 properties, and I just use excel and pdf files.
You can use HanDbase - it's like a simplified excel. You can get it for your iphone, or just your desktop.
My Valentine Bookends (2~13~13, 2~15~09)
We have 7 units and are REA agents as well. We utilize a program called DropBox which is free online. We can access our scanned docs from our blackberries, ipad, work computers, where ever we are. If someone needs something, we can find it quickly and do not need to carry a flash drive every where we go.
We use an excell spreadsheet to plug in applicant's parameters (income, credit score, etc)
We print a lot and just got a new printer, with multi sheet docufeed, copy and scanner. I highly recomend the Espon Workforce 840 - and it's wireless!
