PSA: Recipe Cards

This is for all the fellow Pinterest ladies.  If anyone is like me, I have pinned tons of recipes and haven't made any of them.  I decided if they were organized nicely in a binder, I would more likely use them.

I found this website that you can easily copy and paste recipes to and they print out nicely.  I have only used the modern one, but it turned out nice.

Re: PSA: Recipe Cards

  • I am the same way with my recipes, so thank you so much, this is awesome! :)
  • Awesome, thanks for sharing!

Miraculously I have tried some recipes I've pinned, but I still have TONS that I haven't!

  • That is a fantastic idea.  Ames and I were just talking yesterday about how many Pins we have for food and how we need to get working on them.  And along the same lines, we're thinking about starting a blog that covers all the things we attemp (and in my case fail) to make via Pinterest.... this could get interesting.

  • Love that idea MB! I actually made two toddler friendly recipes from there yesterday, I am going to blog about it but you guy should definitely try them out for Weston and Sammi.  They are so yummy and I froze them so they will be super easy to grab and heat up for quick dinners.

That is an awesome idea. Seriously, it would be awesome to read about other (real/not pro) people attempting some of the recipes that look so gorgeous on Pinterest.

Thanks for the link too, kmo! I feel like I have recipes bookmarked everywhere..in my Google bookmarks, in my Google reader, in Pinterest, in plantoeat.com (that I use for meal planning). This link is super helpful!

Also, I went to the store last night and had all the binder stuff in my cart.  I then walked past the photo albums and realized it would be so much easier to use. The cards fit perfectly.  I am going to use different cards for different categories and figure out a way to tab them.  I included a picture...

  • Oooh, Kelly, I am such an organization geek...I love both the link and the photo album idea!  Right now I use a flexi-binder and insert the recipes into the sheet protector sleeves, but I might have to try this photo album idea.  Thanks!
