Today's the day!
And I'm freaking out. Bank of America was emailing us at 8PM last night asking for documentation WE HAD ALREADY SENT THEM.
Apparently they're also still trying to work something out regarding the appraisal too. We need to move this weekend because our lease is up on Wednesday. Our sellers are pissy with us ever since the appraisal came in short (our fault how?) so chances of getting a pre-settlement occupancy agreement are very low.
Oh, and the hurricane is supposed to hit this weekend, so if possible we need to move everything tonight.
I just need this day to go by quickly. Buying a house is the most stressful process in the world... at least the loan part is. I can't wait to get in and not need to do this again for a long time.
