A long time ago I was trying to help my friend who has cancer with a wedding...IT'S TIME!!!! She is getting married in a few weeks! I will post pictures after to share with all. Since I have been in a major slump myself the two of us haven't talked a lot but as usual she is the most optimistic person I have ever met. Any ideas on something cute to make her, for the kitchen maybe. I sew and do random crafts. I have a Cricut and am learning crochet but it must be VERY simple. I also have a comment from her son that made my day. Keep in mind her son is Deaf and 5th grade I believe.
Just left spencers new pediatrician and he asks me why don't I teach him to vocalize his wants and needs and I interpret it to Spencer and Spencer tells me to ask him why he doesn't learn to sign. The dr. Responds with it's to hard to learn just for one patient. Spencer then says learning to talk is to hard to learn for one stupid dr. ... We are raising smart, strong kids I couldn't be prouder
I am doing okay. Fighting some depression since my surgery was 5 months ago and my leg pain has not gotten any better. The surgery was not for the pain in my leg though but is somewhat related and made it worse. We are still trying new doctors and I am going to get a medical massage so I will let everyone know how that goes. Thanks for all the prayers and support. Before I forget my doctor told me I had to make sure to do crafts so I can escape everything! YAY doctor. lol

Re: NCR: Long over due update on my friend and a bit on myslef
That kid is such a smart ass! I LOVE it!
I've been wanting to do some etching on casserole dishes for some time. That is practical and thoughtful! Could even use use your cricut to design and cut the stencil.
I'm sorry to hear your pain is still around =( follow that doctor's orders to craft!! You know we love to see your creations! You and your friend are in my thoughts and prayers.
