Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

My initial reaction was that it's really disrespectful, but then when you look at the number of people they're talking about (91,000)... that's a huge number to accommodate. It sounds like they were forced to choose between making space for all of the families of the victims or the first responders.
Either way someone's going to lose, you know? It's crumby all around.
I'm glad they're at least giving them a separate ceremony though.
