If you remember me telling you about my friend whose STB ex husband took her kids, they have court today. As of now [because during the time STBX kept the kids from her he took the kids to a psychologist resulting in the psychologist calling CPS on her and having her investigated], he has the children per the judge, and she can only see them in public places, or, at a private residence with ME as a supervisor of visitation (yes, he named me to supervise visitation).
This is supposedly supposed to be the be-all, end-all of everything and after the last 2 weeks CPS has noted that there is NO abuse of any kind going on when the kids are with their mom (which there never has been in all the years I've known these kids).
If you could keep my firend in your prayers that things will change and she can have normal custody time, that would be greatly appreciated.

EX did the same thing to DH years ago not long after they seperated b/c she wanted SD for that weekend & it was DH's turn so she made up some child abuse BS & got SD for the weekend. She even went as far as to call DH & say something to the affect of "I'll always get what I want." But let me tell you. She got reamed out by DSS when they found out that she lied - but of course they didn't file any charges against her for filing a false alligation but we have that documented to show her pattern if lies if ever need it.
Tell your friend that as horrible as this is that it will pass. Just take it one day at a time & be the best Mom that she can be & all will work out. Oh, and tell her to get a bulldog of a divorce attorney - now is not the time to be meek.
