As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

NYC just ordered mandatory evacuation of all of Zone A (waterfront areas of NYC) The Weather Channel said that will be equal to at least a quarter of a million people....craziness!

Heh, me too Alli... DH is totally calm which isn't helping lol. I told him last night that his seeming indifference (he's not just outwardly appears so) makes me more agitated, like I have to convince him. I know there's hype, but when the major metropolis 12 miles east of you shuts. down. completely. it's hard to feel calm.
And I know it's "only" a Cat 1 storm, but all the talk is that it doesn't matter what category it is... Irene is a big mother honking hurricane and that's what makes it worse.
Will be so glad when this is over... I think my emotions are not helped by post partum anxiety either... ugh.
