Snaps...

I  have a crop-a-dile II eyelet and grommet setter.  I am wondering if I can use it to set snaps on things that I sew... like a bib I am going to make.  Has anyone done this? Any tips? do I need special snaps?

TIA!

Re: Snaps...

  • I have no personal experience using this equipment, but it sounds like it is could work. I usually just use tape covered pliers and a hammer to do my plain old metal snaps.

  • thank you Vanessa! I've never tried snaps at all but figured since I had this I might as well try it! if not... I'll try your method!
